Thanks a Million!!!

As a second year teacher, I wanted to provide a classroom library for my students so they could love reading as much as I do. Unfortunately, I do not have unlimited funds to make a classroom library appear. I had heard so much about Donors Choose and how they give to teachers and classrooms. I thought it was worth a shot. In September I received my first funded project. I was over the moon with excitement. I let my students help me unpack the boxes and set up the library that day. Then, our feeder pattern was encouraging all K-2 classrooms to submit a project. I decided it was worth another shot because we can NEVER have too many books. During winter break, I received an email saying my second project was also funded. My students were so excited when they returned and I told them we were receiving even MORE books.
